Sales Representative (Custom Apparel & Merch)

Compensation : 100% Commission + Bonuses + Finder’s Fee Opportunity

About Us

Kemmco Sales Customs, a division of Kemmco Sales, is your go-to source for premium embroidery, screen printing, heat pressing, and branded merchandise. We help businesses, schools, and organizations elevate their brand through high-quality customized products. We do everything IN-HOUSE and have our own graphic designer to help with logo creation, re-design as well as any other custom graphics needed.

What You’ll Do

Build your own client base and manage customer relationships

Drive sales of custom apparel and promotional items

Submit monthly sales goals and attend team sales meetings

Use QuickBooks to create quotes (training provided if needed)

Refer clients to our production team and earn passive income through our Finder’s Fee program

What You’ll Earn

100% commission-based pay

Monthly bonuses based on net sales performance (paid the following month)

What You Need

Experience in screen printing, embroidery, or heat pressing (required)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model

Self-motivated and goal-driven

QuickBooks knowledge is a plus—we’ll train the right person!
