We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Structural Engineer with proven experience leading structural design and managing teams. This role is a unique opportunity for a technical expert ready to take ownership of complex projects and shape the career paths of junior : -$160k - $200k base salary plus bonus-Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401k, and dental insurance-Gorgeous office located on a small lakeYour Structural Plan for Success : -Lead the complete structural framing to support structures with experience in structural steel-Perform structural analysis and design on a variety of complex projects-Supervise design and detailing staff assigned to a project-Ensure that quality control checking is performed on all aspects of a project-Develop man-hour estimates or prepare concept design for prospective projects-Stay current with practices and programs in Structural Engineering.-Train younger engineers and detailers as appropriate on a project

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with Structural emphasis required; Master's degree preferred-5+ years of building design experience as a lead structural engineer, particularly with structural steel buildings-Significant experience as a Lead Structural Engineer with emphasis on structural steel buildings-Detailed knowledge of design codes and building codes-Professional registration-Proven ability to supervise and mentor engineering teams-Strong technical proficiency in structural engineering principles, steel design, and analysis software-Detailed knowledge of STAAD Pro, RAM, Excel and Word with a familiarity of AutoCAD
