ICP Group is looking to identify a Territory Sales Manager to join our team to serve as a Territory sales representative in a high potential industry / market. This person will be a self-motivated individual with sales experience and a proven track record.

You will have sales responsibility for our A STEC products, a leading brand of fluid-applied membrane systems for the sustainable restoration of Commercial / Industrial roofs.

You will prospect and develop commercial sales, and primarily call on contractors, but will also call on other "key influencers" that can influence product selection and or the purchase of a product and or system, such as general contractors, specifiers, building owners, etc. The management of accounts will include A / R support activity, arranging technical support for the installation, calculating estimated products use, project proformas or application of products working with the technical services department. You will be required to report weekly through our Sales Force CRM on-line system.

The ideal candidate will reside in Florida, close to a major airport.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for direct buying customers and key influencers on a national basis
• Create and work from a written business development plan for the industry and markets you service
• Travel the extent of territory on an as needed basis
• Establish, grow, and nurture strong relationships
• Training of customers by performing live product demonstrations, remote learning, and education presentations
• Review of sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunities
• Interact with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional support groups to accomplish goals and objectives
• Customer follow-up and sales reviews will be performed regularly
