Reliability Engineer II

Location : 8200 Coral Sea Street NE Mounds View Minnesota 55112

Summary :

Seeking a Reliability Engineer II to support reliability testing, test method development / validation, and design verification activities for cardiac ablation and mapping products.

Must Have :

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Experience in Reliability Testing, Design Verification, and / or Test Method Validation
  • Strong written / verbal communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have :

  • 1–3 years in the medical device industry
  • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Day-to-Day :

  • Set up and execute test methods for TMV and DV
  • Write and review reports
  • Support custom sample / fixture development

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct reliability studies and DOEs
  • Recommend design / test methods and SPC procedures
  • Perform risk analyses and investigate variables affecting reliability
  • Analyze data and recommend corrective actions
  • Propose design / process improvements as needed
  • Determine sample requirements for environmental and reliability testing
