Patient Service Representative

Department : Primary Care | MaineHealth Franklin Hospital | MaineHealth

Facility hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30AM-5 : 00PM

Shift : 32 hours per week. Flexible scheduling between the facilities operating hours

Location : Fully onsite in Farmington, ME at 181 Franklin Health Commons

Summary :

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
• Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Proficient computer skills.
