Job Description : What You'll Do :

• Provide a welcoming and friendly first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Perform receptionist, registration, and clerical duties to support patient care.
• Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling programs.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Process payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and refer patients to financial counselors when necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient demographic, billing, and clinical information.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
