Commercial Aviation & Aviation Finance Associate Attorney| Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

A leading southeastern law firm with a national practice is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Commercial Aviation & Aviation Finance practice in Charlotte. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border aviation transactions with a team recognized for its depth and expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent lenders and lessors in commercial aircraft leasing, purchase, sale, and financing transactions.

Lead and manage both domestic and cross-border aviation finance matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing and leasing agreements.

Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in the aviation sector.

Qualifications :

4–6+ years of experience in aviation finance, representing lenders and / or lessors.

Experience handling cross-border transactions preferred.

Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills.

Law degree required; eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred .
