Position : Shop Supervisor

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Salary Pay Range : $60,000 to $75,000 based on skillset + Bonus Opportunity

Job Type : Full-Time

What you will be doing : You will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations of a shop, ensuring that the staff members perform their duties to address customers' needs.

Requirements to Apply :

• Prior shop experience as a leadman, foreman or supervisor in a transport refrigeration, heavy-duty (HD) transport, or automotive shop, or similar transportation industry
• Prior shop supervisory experience within the transportation industry, preferred
• Experience in training technicians and / or Train the Trainer settings
• Prior experience within the transportation refrigeration industry, preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, positive outlook, goal oriented, problem solver, respectful
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
