Title : Operations Controller (Inventory Controls, Financial Reporting & Asset Management)

Salary : DOE, Competitive base plus bonus & benefits package

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Our client is an innovative medical device company that is revolutionizing the approach to surgery and is in rapid growth mode.

They are based in the Western United States and have a highly dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative culture and averaging incredible (40%+ YOY) growth.

They are looking for a talented Inventory Controller to lead and manage all the financial and operational inventory controls and functions.

TheController will report directly to the Managing Principal and partner with the Logistics and Office Managers to support the field operations team to drive revenue, reduce inefficiencies, implement strategic processes and training to optimize efficiencies and profitability.

The main functions and responsibilities will include both financial and operational management as well as continuous process improvement training for the sales team.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• 3+ years of operations management experience including : physical inventory tracking & asset management, supply chain optimization, invoice & payment account reconciliation, and strong operational process improvement skills
• Manages, updates and / or improves asset inventory management system
• Develops and delivers timely team best practices training on accuracy and utilization for related systems or physical inventory management, shipping or tracking functions to ensure receipt & return of equipment, timely payment and reduce overall process or operational inefficiencies
• Highly adept at building strong relationships and effectively communication with all internal leadership, operations and sales staff as well as external stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, hospital admins, physicians and their staffs
• Strong process improvement and deadline-focused mindset; Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, project management, vendor relationship, contract management and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver, able to work autonomously while dealing with ambiguity and little oversight
• Enjoys developing and driving key process improvement efficiencies to maximize profitability by removing any road blocks, bottle-necks or inefficient processes to reduce costs, waste or penalties.
• Excellent communication, relationship & time management, and attention to detail skills
