This position sits on our Marketing team, reporting to our Director of Content and Engagement, and will play a key role in building and executing an event and community strategy that aligns with our 2026 ARR targets. As we scale, events will be a critical driver of pipeline and customer engagement, and this role will help bring that strategy to life.

Job Overview

QuotaPath seeks a Marketing Events Coordinator who is passionate about event marketing, highly organized, and eager to make an impact. This role will execute both virtual and in-person events, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and help ensure our events strategy directly supports revenue growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment, is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, customer success, executives, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Successfully execute 6 to 10 in-person and virtual events per quarter with measurable pipeline and brand impact
• Build and maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned with GTM priorities and seasonal business rhythms
• Develop repeatable event processes for promotion, internal comms, and post-event reporting and content creation
• Establish strong working relationships with executives, sales, CS, partnerships, and product teams
• Track, measure, and report on event performance, including registrations, engagement, lead generation, and ROI
• Coordinate logistics for upcoming events (schedules, vendors, travel, registrations)
• Publish pre- and post-event social and email messaging
• Write and edit abstracts, bios, and session descriptions for speakers
• Create post-event content (blog recaps, social posts)
• Prepare speakers with materials and rehearsals
• Support executives with travel and speaking engagement logistics
• Track registrations and attendance to create post-event performance reports

Note : this role will require 1-2 trips per month. Candidate must be able to easily access a major metropolitan airport for monthly travel.

Performance Metrics

You will be evaluated on event execution and delivery (on-time, on-budget, with positive feedback), contribution of events to pipeline and influenced revenue, measurable growth in registrations, attendance, and participation, and the quality of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Long-term, this role will establish a scalable, repeatable events program that fuels QuotaPath's growth and strengthens our position in the RevOps and sales ecosystem.
