Shift : Nights | 3×12-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)
Guaranteed Hours : Not specified (typically 36 hrs / week for 3×12s)
Contract Length : 91 weeks
Facility Type : Acute Care / Tier 1 Travel Compliance
Location : California (Valid CA RN License required at submission)
Unit Overview
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Interpretation of dysrhythmias & ABGs
PT, Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, Lift Teams, Rapid Response Teams, Unit Secretary
Certifications Required

Relias EKG Exam (pass required prior to start)
8 clinical hours + 2 non-clinical hours (billable)

Certifications Required\n\nBLS – Basic Life Support\n\nACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support\n\nNIHSS – Stroke Certification\n\nMAB, CPI, or VIP (must be in-person)\n\n💡 All certifications must be valid and in-person courses only — online versions are not accepted.\n\nTesting & Orientation\n\nPre-Start : Relias EKG Exam (pass required prior to start)\n\nOnsite EKG Competency (Day 1)\n\nOrientation : 12 hours\n\nModules : 8 clinical hours + 2 non-clinical hours (billable)\n\nModules recorded via transcripts\n\nTesting : P / F required for ICU (3 attempts allowed)\n\nTime-Off Policy\n\nRTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted with application\n\nNo RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of assignment\n\nOnce approved, RTO cannot be changed (only canceled)\n\nVaccine Policy\n\nCOVID-19 Vaccine : Not required\n\nFlu Vaccine : Required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)\n\nCompliance\n\nCA RN License : Required at submission\n\nReferences : Required\n\nLocal Travelers : Accepted at same rate\n\nReturn Staff : Reviewed case-by-case\n\nEmployment Type : W-2 through agency
