As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), you'll work 1-on-1 with clients who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, supporting them in their homes and community. You'll help bridge communication and ensure clients receive compassionate, person-centered care. Your day may include : + Using ASL and visual communication to engage with your clients + Light housekeeping, including organizing and basic cleaning + Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals + Accompanying clients to appointments or community activities + Supporting your clients in achieving their goals as assigned by the Individual Support Team (IST) Eligibility Requirements : + Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) required + Letter of Reference showing at least 1 year of experience + Access to insured and reliable transportation + Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training Join a company that values compassion, inclusion, and connection.
