Your Impact :

Lead packaging team in preparing, trimming, sorting, filling, packing, and labeling cannabis products

Oversee packaging inventory documentation and accuracy

Operate machinery to fill vape cartridges and / or pre-rolls

Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure efficient order fulfillment

Train new packaging associates on daily tasks

Your Strengths :

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

Demonstrated knowledge of cannabis packaging methods.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.

Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
