We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative-Funding (Tier II) to join our team in West Henrietta, New York. This role involves supporting accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and delivering exceptional customer service. As part of a long-term contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and fostering positive client relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter data for invoiced purchases and prepare weekly accounts receivable packets, including reserve analysis.
- Monitor and analyze invoice activity to identify discrepancies or potential risks.
- Compile and share detailed reports with senior management, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to meet satisfaction goals while adhering to company objectives.
- Manage and transmit accounting and payment reports, such as wires, aging reports, and subsidiary financial documents.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Offer insights to management by analyzing client activity and providing feedback based on sound business principles.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, organized, and efficient manner to support company policies.
- Participate in occasional travel for required training and maintain a strong understanding of company dynamics.
- Uphold teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in customer service and accounts receivable processes.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems, including ACH transactions.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies or risks.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of company policies and principles to support organizational goals.
- Capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage tasks effectively.
