Position Details

Department : Interior Design, Academic Affairs. Position summary : Teach 1-9 credit hours per semester in the Interior Design program. Primary teaching needs are Interior Design I, Interior Design Software I, and Interior Design Software II. Additional assignments may include other Interior Design courses depending on program need and candidate expertise.

Pay range : AJCR $1,208-$1,344 per credit hour and in accordance with the adjunct table and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach course content, facilitate labs, assess student learning, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain an inclusive, student-centered classroom aligned with department and college outcomes.
• Use the college learning management system (Canvas) for assignments, grading, and communication.
• Collaborate with program faculty on curriculum consistency and continuous improvement.
