ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Specialist I to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.

As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter's effectiveness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Provides test and evaluation of hardware and / or software development.
• Develops and documents test plans and procedures, conducts testing, and evaluates and documents results.
• Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in support of the delivery order.
• Uses various methods and tools to ensure that the client's solutions meet the quality, performance, and functional requirements.
• Works on different types of projects, such as web applications, mobile apps, databases, cloud services, or business processes.

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
