• Responsible for the entire scope of sales business planning and development process, including development and achievement of current and future sales forecasts, mid-cycle sales forecast updates, sales strategies, plans to win, marketing strategies, and awards of new business.
• Responsible for the overall management of the Sales Department's functions and personnel in the Account Management and Program Management teams.
• Supervises preparation and submission of annual and mid-term sales budgets.
• Prepares and presents monthly Sales reports.
• Ensures proper execution of Sales Account Managers' and Program Managers' activities with customers; requirements for quotations, timing plans, specifications, testing
• Responsible for obtaining approval for all commercial quotation process requirements
• Responsible for identifying and tracking all key performance indicators for your team to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
