Senior Epic OpTime Analyst

A company is looking for an EPIC OPTIME APPLICATIONS ANALYST - SENIOR in the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY field.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and serve as a subject matter expert for specific content issues and solutions related to Epic OpTime applications

Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of assigned application software

Consult and communicate extensively with clinical staff, administrative users, and management to improve patient safety and departmental workflow

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of relevant healthcare / IT experience

Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems

ITIL and HIMSS certifications to be completed within one year of hire

Strong knowledge of hospital clinical and administrative departments and core process flows

Advanced understanding of information systems and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
