Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in various facets of the monthly / quarterly closing process, encompassing the creation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in consolidations, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations, including handling foreign currency accounting.
- Contribute to the preparation and punctual submission of SEC-mandated reports, encompassing Form 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and other necessary filings.
- Create well-structured and comprehensive work papers that substantiate our SEC filings.
- Collaborate on year-end audit procedures.
- Undertake specialized projects as required.
Requirements :
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with prior Public Accounting exposure.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in technical accounting.
- Keen attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and unwavering follow-through.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Excel.
