What You’ll Be Doing :

As a CNC Operator, you’ll be an integral part of the production team, working on custom projects using state-of-the-art equipment. Key duties include :

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC-controlled machines to meet production goals
• Making accurate machine adjustments, including tool wear offsets and part alignment
• Optimizing processes to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
• Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring machines are in proper working order
• Inspecting parts for quality using precision measuring tools
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work orders
