Job descriptionPower distribution units (PDUs) Switchgear and electrical panels Independently diagnose and resolve electrical issues without relying on external vendors. Identify opportunities for system improvements and lead projects from proposal through execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades and expansions. 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in a data center or similar environment. Strong understanding of electrical systems including UPS, switchgear, and power distribution. Proven ability to make technical decisions independently. Experience managing technical projects and implementing system improvements. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Certifications such as NFPA 70E, BICSI, or equivalent. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and electrical monitoring tools. Experience in high-availability environments with strict uptime requirements.
