Mid sized development related company in the Saratoga area is seeking a Controller due to growth and expansion. Reporting to the CFO, job duties include : preparing monthly financials for multiple entities including consolidated financials; oversight of a staff of 4; budgets and forecasts; implementing best practices and streamlining operations; intercompany transactions; work with external CPA firm and lenders; other duties as requested.
