Key Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and electrical service appointments based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide customers with updates on service status and technician arrival times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
