We're constantly seeking ways to scale our SAP implementation in innovative and exciting ways. As our Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with the payroll and benefits team and other HR Business Partners to shape SuccessFactors solutions, develop project roadmaps, and consult on strategic initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to engage across multiple organizational levels, enhance your strategic skills, and contribute meaningfully while training, coaching, and developing team resources.

Please note : This position is a direct hire, W2, Full Time , and completely on-site. Relocation assistance offered.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Modules : Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.

  • Independently configure the SAP HCM / SuccessFactors suite to meet business requirements with top-notch quality.
  • Collaborate with senior roles and architects on prototypes and proof of concept to test solutions.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive mutual commitment to common goals.
  • Coach and lead junior team members, assign tasks, and manage production support backlog.
  • Act as the technical lead for HCM / Time and attendance project initiatives, working closely with the PMO team for successful implementation of new capabilities and solutions.
  • Meet regularly with HR directors to understand their business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Develop SAP SuccessFactors roadmaps to scale and implement capabilities that support our business partner's strategies.

Required Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of experience in configuring, architecting, integrating, implementing, and supporting HR technologies in SAP.
  • 6-10 years of overall configuration experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors required.
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.

  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and related functionality.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate comfortably in an environment with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to drive decisions, deliver results, and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify potential issues from multiple perspectives.

Nice to have :

  • Experience with integrations like CPI, Integration Center, and Point to Point Replication.
  • Certification in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing the transition from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) configurations and reporting.

Expected salary : 140,000 - 150,000k
