Job Description :

The purpose of the Lifeguard Training Instructor and Coordinator is to plan and implement lifeguard training efforts, and to teach various Red Cross classes.

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute monthly lifeguard in services
• Plan and teach Red Cross classes including CPR, Lifeguard, and Water Safety for Swim Coaches
• Organize and monitor certification status of employees

Job Qualifications :

• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor or Lifeguard Instructor Trainer certification
