Maintenance Technician - Heat Treatment & Thermal Processing

Join the world’s leading provider of heat treatment and thermal processing services. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Arlington, TX facility. You’ll maintain and repair industrial furnaces, ovens, and related mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Compensation : $30 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on furnaces, ovens, vacuum systems, and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and repair vacuum pumps, burners, temperature controls, PLCs, and cooling systems.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation for temperature and process control.
• Support production by minimizing equipment downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Assist with installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new or modified equipment.
• Adhere to all safety, lockout / tagout, and quality standards.
