Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with leadership and field teams.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
• Monitor progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Oversee documentation, change orders, and reporting to ensure project accuracy and accountability.
• Champion safety and quality standards on every project site.
