Key Responsibilities :
Oversee multiple projects and process improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements, leveraging deep understanding of banking operations and system workflows.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation using tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Project.
Facilitate meetings, build consensus, and communicate progress effectively to senior leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deploy solutions and technologies.
Analyze and document user requirements, program functions, and process modifications.
Recommend enhancements to project methodologies, tools, and deliverables.
Monitor project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies or alternative solutions.
Support additional initiatives as assigned by the SVP of Strategy Operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing business and technical projects in financial services.
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and loan servicing is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Visio.
Experience with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project for project tracking.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and consultative skills.
Proven ability to define requirements with limited stakeholder input.
Demonstrated success in relationship-building, collaboration, and team facilitation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Job Details :
Schedule : Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation : $45-60 / hr.
Employment Type : 3-6 month contract
