As our new Sales Development Manager, you’ll elevate the systems, execution, and operating standards behind a world‑class outbound engine.
This isn’t a passive role. It’s a hands‑on leadership position for someone who wants to shape, strengthen, and scale a top‑performing SDR organization. You’ll earn your stripes by leading from the front and carrying a personal quota in your first quarter, while guiding the team through HockeyStack’s next stage of rapid growth.
You’ll operate as a force multiplier, raising performance standards and driving operational excellence, powered by our proprietary GTM automation system that helps the team execute faster and smarter than anyone in the market.
