Job Description :

As a Radiant Barrier Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing radiant barrier insulation in residential and commercial properties to improve energy efficiency and reduce cooling costs. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install radiant barrier systems in attics, walls, and other areas of residential and commercial buildings.
• Inspect and evaluate properties to determine the best radiant barrier solution.
• Ensure the installation meets safety regulations and company standards.
• Work efficiently and independently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Adhere to job site safety protocols and guidelines.
