MEP Construction Superintendent - Manhattan, NY

Oversee all MEP field operations, ensuring systems are installed per design, code, and project standards.

Coordinate closely with trades, subcontractors, and project management to maintain project schedules and budgets.

\n

Review drawings, submittals, and shop drawings to resolve technical issues proactively.

\n

Lead daily site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality control of all MEP work.

\n

Act as the on-site subject matter expert for MEP systems, troubleshooting issues and driving solutions.

\n

Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and city inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.

8+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in an MEP Superintendent role.

\n

Proven background managing large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional MEP systems in NYC.

\n

Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, DOB requirements, and trade coordination.

\n

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and complex installations.

\n

Technical proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, etc.).
