Account or Brand Manager

This Brand / Account Manager (full-time and part-time positions available) will advise our core team to support them in developing strategic and creative plans through web development, social media management, copywriting, various design, marketing and creative projects.
They will support various teams within the agency, as requested, to ensure success on projects and the client's overall success.
You ensure our collaborative model works by guaranteeing positive and timely results from our team of in-house collaborators and outside agencies.
Responsibilities
Helping JSR and our clients remain competitive by analyzing business practices and devising strategies for improvement
Assisting JSR team in defining company markets, identifying industry trends, and creating strategies for improving performance and revenue
Meeting with clients to discuss business goals and objectives
Conducting market research and studying market trends
Analyzing existing company processes and workflows
Evaluating the practices and market behavior of industry competitors
Creating and presenting analysis reports
Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
Overseeing the implementation of updated business strategies
Reviewing and analyzing the efficacy of revised business strategies
Monitoring the long-term effects of business changes

Preferred Skills and Experience
Four-year degree in advertising, communication, journalism, business administration, marketing, finance, accounting, or economics
At least three years of professional marketing or communication experience
Experience in agencies a plus
Experience in strategic digital communications plan development
Experience building websites a plus (Wordpress / Elementor)
Essential Skills
Communication skills : This position requires the ability to communicate verbally and in succinct writing.
Organizational skills : Since you’ll be organizing several projects, strong organizational skills are essential. Experience in Monday.
com and Basecamp preferred.
Interpersonal skills : Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people is important.
