Duration : 3-months contract

Pay Range : $15 - $20 / hr on W2.

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM or 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday (some intermittent weeks off)

About the Role

The DashPass team is seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, physical environments. As a Fulfillment Specialist , you will help customers save time and simplify their lives by completing errands, grocery shopping, in-store pickups, and organizing tasks. You will communicate with customers daily through the app and SMS, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while providing excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for candidates familiar with Manhattan, who enjoy problem-solving on the ground, and are committed to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Complete important errands and tasks for busy professionals, seniors, parents, or people with disabilities.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests, maintaining high standards of service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that new services run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Build relationships with customers by providing dependable, high-quality service.
• Explore opportunities to generate new business through innovative use of the client Marketplace and other verticals.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through the app and SMS.
