The Position

We are looking for a Director, Operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for aligning operational strategies with overall business objectives to optimize manufacturing operations. This ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations and safety, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, production and RD&E. This role is based in New Britain, PA with oversight of our Brooklyn, NY facilities.

• Collaborate with department heads on budget development and adherence.
• Drive the development of the operations team, building a high performing culture with the right talent in key roles.

• Lead future turnaround initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency, ensuring sustainable long-term performance.
