- Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
- Fast learner with the capability to think quickly on multiple levels
- Good sense of humor
- Desire to earn more than $100,000 per year
Responsibilities held :
- Converting leads to clients
- Setting appointments with clients
- Reaching set contract goals monthly
- Following up with leads
- Working and adding new clients to your Real Estate pipeline daily
- Lead generate daily
- Showing up prepared for all team meetings
- Receiving a positive Zillow review at the end of every Real Estate transaction
- Role-play / Script practice weekly
- Weekly Language of Sales
