Family Practice - With OB Physician

A facility two hours north of Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to join their growing team!

Pay : $195,250.00-$273,350.00 / year!

Retention Bonus and Relocation Assistance are available!

Family Medicine Physician Opportunity :

Full-time, direct hire position

Schedule : 4(10)-hour day shifts, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

Setting : Outpatient-only clinic

No on-call

Family Medicine Physician Requirements :

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school is required

Must have completed and approved internship

Must have an Arizona medical license and be board-certified

2+ years of experience as a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics is required
