The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring the highest quality preparation of fine cuisine in the restaurant and special parties.
Sous Chef Required Skills :
- Five years of luxury resort or hotel experience.
- Two years experience as a Sous Chef.
- Unexpired Food Safety certification.
- Broad knowledge of varied cuisines and ability to integrate regional ingredient to menus.
- Ability to present cooking demonstrations.
Sous Chef Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation of daily food orders.Check the quality of daily specials before service.Interacting with guests regarding special needs and requests.Able to maintain a professional attitude in a high-volume environment.Willingness to adjust schedule based off levels of businessSous Chef Benefits :
