Location : Des Moines, IA Position Type : Full-Time Locum-to-Perm Physician Gastroenterology Overview Exciting Locum-to-Perm Gastroenterology opportunity at a well-established hospital in Des Moines, IA. This position offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient coverage with strong long-term potential. Practice Highlights Hospital-based coverage ERCP required ; EUS highly preferred Perform 3 4 outpatient procedures per day , along with inpatient procedures and consults Adult-only practice EMR : Cerner Application / credentialing fees are not reimbursed All providers must sign an attestation form confirming interest in permanent placement Candidate Requirements Must be interested in Locum-to-Perm Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) Required Active IA License or IMLC Required ACLS Required Inpatient coverage experience Required ERCP Required EUS Highly Preferred COVID Vaccine Required Clean malpractice / background Required Schedule & Coverage Start : October 2025 ongoing 24-hour call coverage (7a 7a) Orientation and call-back included Holiday pay at 1.5x rate Why Des Moines, IA?
