Operator Combo

Position Summary / Objective : Manufacture printing ink in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to quality procedures as directed by the Site Manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Review batch tickets Read, understand and follow
• Gather and weigh ingredients (scale operation); combine ingredients in designated sequence
• Provide samples to lab; preliminary quality checks
• Pack product into designated containers
• Ingredient traceability
• Report near miss incidents and improvement
• Equipment cleaning; plant cleaning and waste disposal
• Forklift operation; labeling containers
• Tub washer
• Stock rotation (minimizing partial containers)
• SAP inventory look-up; SAP CORK duties; SAP Cycle count duties
• Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training
• Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position
• Stays updated on all applicable
