Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled CFM Fixer to join their team. As a CFM Fixer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the maintenance and operational excellence of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to quality and safety.

Job Title : CFM Fixer

Location : Marion, NC

Pay Range : $18.55-$20.05

Shift : 1st, 2nd, 3rd

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex machinery problems and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs for compliance and review.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
