JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE The Program Coordinator for Talent Development plays a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of enterprise-wide talent development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources or Organizational Development. The Program Coordinator will combine creativity and attention to detail to design engaging materials, manage program logistics, track progress, and document processes. This position will contribute to projects that shape the growth and development of leaders and employees across the enterprise.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field required. Master's preferred.
