Location : Hybrid in Bellevue, WA

Contract Type : Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $28-$34 / hour (approximately $58,240-$70,720 annually, DOE)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist for a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with customer payments, ensuring accurate application to accounts, and supporting the accounts receivable team. The right candidate is highly organized, analytical, and focused on accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile unapplied payments and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain and update customer account information in ERP / accounting systems
• Collaborate with AR team and internal departments to resolve payment issues
• Support month-end close by ensuring accurate posting of all cash receipts
• Prepare reports on cash application activity and assist with ad hoc analyses
• Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
