Job descriptionHands-on experience conducting user access reviews preferred Proficient in using ticketing systems and knowledge bases such as ServiceNow and Jira Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience working with the Guidewire Suite Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus Ability to analyze technical and business problems of low to moderate complexity using understanding of industry operations, products, processes, data, architecture, vendor integration, and application connectivity Demonstrate creative and analytical thinking with the ability to approach problems outside the box Ability to write clear and concise technical how-to documentation
Job Title : Application Support Specialist (Remote)
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM EST
Job Description :
- Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to internal customers regarding support tickets
- Collaborate with senior team members and other support teams to identify defects and evaluate user impact
- Stay up to date with new functionality and enhancements implemented in monthly releases
- Continuously identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement
- Meet and adhere to performance metrics such as time to resolve and number of closures per day
- Actively participate in daily team and support meetings
