Role
Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Principal Engineer-Data (R4-R5) to engage in technical leadership within Lilly Research Labs. Responsibilities include ensuring technical designs align with architecture guidance and data platform standards, staying current with advanced technology and analytics trends, assisting the team in impact analysis to translate and implement technical design (configuration / development and data integration), influencing solution direction and future releases, and providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers on best practices, standards, and methodologies of software engineering.

Compensation and Benefits
Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and location. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus (dependent on company and individual performance).
