Description

This Business System Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements related to data access control and policies. This includes conducting interviews and workshops to gather requirements, breaking down high-level needs into specific statements, creating comprehensive documentation, continuously refining requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams. They will also ensure requirements are traceable and validate that the implemented solution meets defined needs.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing policies for Data Masking, Row-level security, and user access enforcement using attributes, roles, or context.
• Ability to design attribute-based access control and de-identification logic.
• Experience interfacing with business area and designing business solutions.
• Experience with database security.
• Great documentation skills.
• Self-starter.
• Excellent communication.
