Job Title : CNC Machinist 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathes. This role involves utilizing programming techniques, including the use of MasterCAM, to set up CNC equipment. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting and measuring parts to ensure they meet specifications using precision measuring equipment. Additionally, the role requires performing all necessary inspection functions as outlined by Work Instructions, as well as machine set-ups and daily machine shop duties.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathes.
• Utilize programming tools, including MasterCAM, for CNC equipment setup.
• Inspect and measure parts to confirm they meet specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Perform all inspection functions as required by Work Instructions.
• Conduct machine set-ups and manage daily machine shop duties.
