Leverage Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows effectively

Qualifications

7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth software and AI / ML companies

Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top-tier AI talent

Expert sourcing skills using advanced channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub

Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse ATS

Availability to work PST hours and commit to a full 40-hour workweek
