A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution and strategic growth

Lead curriculum development for certification programs focused on rehabilitation and performance enhancement

Conduct research and develop training materials to inform educational content

Required Qualifications :

Advanced degree in a relevant health, science, or performance-related field

Professional certification in a recognized specialty area

20+ years of experience with high-performance or specialized populations

15+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or performance-related environments

Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management
