Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead employee recruiting efforts and post job ads across platforms
• Manage campus recruiting events and build relationships with universities
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in HR or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with social media platforms and website CMS tools
