As we expand into new manufacturers and push the boundaries of design, were looking for a Fashion Design & Product Development Coordinator to help bring fresh ideas to life while ensuring smooth execution from concept to production.

The Role

This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization. Youll work closely with the design and production teams to :

• Assist in fashion design and product development, ensuring all styles align with the Hype and Vice brand aesthetic.
• Sample existing styles with new manufacturers, ensuring consistency and quality across production.
• Stay ahead of trends, researching and ideating new designs that resonate with our customers.
• Create and update tech packs with precise specifications, measurements, and materials.
• Maintain an organized sampling and development process, tracking timelines and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, production, and marketing, to bring products to market efficiently.
• Utilize Excel to track product development timelines, sample approvals, and production schedules.
• Standardize new designs before they are adapted across all teams to ensure brand cohesion.
• QC all designs prior to production to maintain consistent fit, quality, and execution.
• Set logo placements and oversee graphic application details on garments.
• Proactively pitch and develop new style ideas to expand the product assortment.
